New Training Widget!

I added the dailymile training widget there on the left. (In case you didn't see the bright orange.)

So I won't add any more blog posts about distance and pace since they'll track it all for me. I invite you to join dailymile and add me as your friend.

I have some more articles in the works- I'll expand more on barefoot running and ultra marathons in the next week.
